01. Data Protection & Ownership
Data protection is critical to our operations as a South African company. All website data and website user data belong strictly to the website owner and not to Yanooka + Next Job. We handle countless data for our clients and pride ourselves on uncompromising, high-level security.
02. Communication & Support Procedures
To ensure maximum efficiency and an optimal rate of speed, we will only act on marketing emails and website updates requested in writing and sent to support@nextjob.co.za. Upon engagement, a dedicated representative will be assigned to you, providing a direct line of contact for all your service needs.
03. Turnaround Times & Operating Hours
All standard updates (including website modifications and email marketing campaigns) are completed within a 24 to 48-hour period. While our general support functions remain available over weekends and public holidays, no system updates or email campaigns will be conducted during these times unless a prior arrangement has been made.
